＋The TMT-P1 is a pocket test thermometer with a 5 inch probe. Made with a long probe, it can pierce easily into poultry, ham, veal and any other meat. In addition, it can measure temperatures ranging from 0° F - 220° F, so it is great for all types of cooking tasks. This pocket test thermometer comes complete with a protection sheath to keep it clean and sanitary while its clip can be used to attach to a shirt or apron pocket. The thermometer also recalibrates for accurate temperature readings.
